Merchandising & Product Development Strategy

This course is designed to help participants understand what retailers (big and small) look for when making decisions. Merchandising Strategies are taught and refined to work in sync with sound product development strategies. Participants will focus on studying the current retail landscape and their individual goals for building a sales strategy. The goal is to leave the class confident to pitch their product line to any customer they choose to focus on.
