STEM Modular

STEM Modular makes electronic instruments that connect music production with science, technology, engineering and math concepts. Along with instrument production they host workshops in maker spaces, libraries, and after-school programs, using our hardware to sculpt sounds and experiment with concepts related to physics, math, and even computer programming. In this 2020 tour of STEM’s former headquarters in Queens, learn about the steps involved in their manufacturing process and enjoy demos of their synthesizers.
