Caroline Matthews
From market research to production workflow, Caroline Matthews (she/her) has developed a robust practice in strategic planning for creatives. She’s worked with small businesses, non-profits and big brands to produce experiences, traditional advertising and digital strategy.
She teaches visual design courses in Graduate Communications Design at Pratt Institute, including user research, service design, branding and systems design. Her teaching approach centers on dynamic classroom environments that foster critical thinking. She enjoys the challenge of creating welcoming and inclusive spaces for all levels of learners.
