Made in NYC Announces Application for Holiday Market at Grand Central Terminal
We’re thrilled to announce our brand new Holiday Market at Grand Central Terminal!
From Saturday, November 30 (Small Business Saturday) through Sunday, December 8, BIPOC-owned Made in NYC members will showcase their food and beverage products to thousands of New Yorkers and visitors traveling through Grand Central Terminal, in the historic Biltmore Room.
We are seeking applications from food and beverage manufacturers in the Made in NYC network that are Black, Indigenous, and/or People of Color (BIPOC) owned to vend at this market.
Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must identify as a BIPOC-owned business, have a packaged food or beverage product to sell, and be able to provide bite-sized samples to visitors. They must also be ready to meet the demand of visitors at Grand Central Terminal during the holiday season, which has over 750,000 daily visitors.

* Saturday, November 30: 11am to 5pm
* Sunday, December 1: 11am to 5pm
* Monday, December 2: 3pm to 7pm
* Tuesday, December 3: 3pm to 7pm
* Wednesday, December 4: 3pm to 7pm
* Thursday, December 5: 3pm to 7pm
* Friday, December 6: 3pm to 7pm
* Saturday, December 7: 11am to 5pm
* Sunday, December 8: 11am to 5pm
Logistics
Vendors will be required to be on-site at least one hour before opening time each day to setup, and there will be storage space on-site for supplies in the evening. Each vendor will receive one 8’ folding table and two chairs. Electricity and WiFi will not be provided. Please note that the listed hours are subject to change.
Vending Fee
The total vending fee for the nine-day market is $1,200.
Application Deadline
Interested brands should complete the vendor application by Monday, September 30 at 5pm.
The application has officially closed. Made in NYC will be selecting participating brands by mid October.
