Gotcha Focaccia
Gotcha Focaccia is redefining the age old art of breaking bread. We combine traditional Ligurian baking techniques with bold, modern toppings for a rich, fluffy bite. We launched at Smorgasburg in 2024, and now host our Pop Up Focacceria all across NYC.
Founded in 2023
Gotcha Focaccia is led by Meira Bennett, a lifelong baker and focaccia enthusiast (even going to Linguria, Italy to learn from the source). We operate out of a catering studio, located in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn and bake-to-order for private dinners, parties and brand activations. Our menu is seasonal and customizable, perfect for all occasions.
Our Pop Up Focacceria can be found at venues around NYC and is available for private event hire. Follow us on Instagram to stay in the loop, and keep an eye out for our “Focaccia Friday” series at bars and cafes.
