Mama Patchke

Mama Patchke is a new food business launching with a product called Pepper Schmear. Its a condiment that grew out of our love for Mexican salsa macha, but with a desire to evolve the concept into something that felt less traditional and more nuanced and dynamic in flavor. As a result, we’ve developed a condiment that melds it’s ancestry with fruity, herbaceous and citrus notes, to give it a slightly new sensibility, currently expressed in our mild, smokey and spicy versions.

Our product is gluten free, vegan and uncommonly nut free. We plan to continue to develop and offer new varieties that combine unexpected ingredients, and eventually expand our product line beyond this specific product.
