NoMad Roasters

Nomad Roasters is an independent specialty coffee business I started in 2020. As a native New Yorker with a background in design, I wanted to build something that brought together my appreciation for great coffee, craftsmanship, and thoughtful presentation. What started with specialty coffee has grown into a full mobile beverage experience serving NYC markets, pop-ups, corporate events, and private celebrations. Today, I roast specialty coffee and create cold brew, seasonal beverages, European-style hot chocolate, and an extensive matcha program using carefully sourced Japanese teas.

What makes Nomad Roasters unique is that we bring the quality and attention of a specialty café into a flexible mobile format. I have built the business hands-on, from sourcing and roasting to menu development, branding, and serving customers directly. Our customers range from New Yorkers discovering us at artisan markets to corporate and private clients looking for an elevated coffee and matcha experience at their events. My mission is to continue growing Nomad while staying true to what got it here: great ingredients, genuine hospitality, thoughtful design, and making really good coffee and matcha accessible wherever we set up our bar.
