Sally Stitches

I taught myself to cross stitch during the early COVID lockdowns while furloughed from my job as a graphic designer, and launched Sally Stitches in 2023. I draft original patterns and stitch pieces by hand from my Brooklyn apartment, offering miniature wall hangings and small accessories like pins, keychains, and bookmarks.

My work puts a contemporary spin on an ages-old craft, bringing warmth and charm to the often overlooked – and sometimes unloved – trademarks of city life. I also take commissions for custom work, collaborating with customers to create memorable pieces that are one-of-a-kind and handmade with love.
