Learning Lab

Ji Young Kim (she/her) is a New York-based architect and educator. She is a principal at PRAXES, an M/WBE-certified firm working across architecture, interior design, and community outreach. The practice has delivered projects across the private and public sectors, with its work widely published and honored with distinctions including the Red Dot and iF Design Awards.

Ji Young is an Adjunct Associate Professor in the Interior Design Department at Pratt Institute and has previously taught at the City University of New York and New Jersey Institute of Technology. Beyond the classroom and studio, she extends her practice through active research, publications, lectures, and community initiatives.
