Mama Lam’s is a NYC based mother-daughter duo producing small-batch Malaysian sauces and condiments from family recipes. Our products are versatile, easy to use, and flavor-packed pantry staples, bringing homemade Malaysian flavors straight to your kitchen.

Featuring curry paste, hot sauce (aka sambal chili paste), peanut satay paste, and pandan kaya coconut spread, all products were developed by Mama Lam and are still made locally by the Mama Lam’s team in small-batches to ensure the best quality. The products are gluten-free, dairy-free, and contain no artificial preservatives, colors, or sweeteners.

Cassandra Lam and her mother, Mama Lam, launched the company in 2016, with a goal of sharing these very personal recipes that Mama Lam made at home after emigrating from Malaysia to New York in the 80s. We offer a unique American-made, AAPI and woman-owned local alternative to other curry pastes and Asian sauces typically available on the market.
