Noushi Pastry is a story born of culture, memory and imagination, rooted in Chef Ranya Bautista’s earliest days baking alongside her grandmother, Teta Soumaya. Inspired by childhood nickname, Noushi Pastry honors Palestinian and Mexican heritage living in diaspora through playful and heartful treats. Ranya brings tradition, pizzazz and storytelling into every twist, fold and flavor – celebrating the humanity, resilience and joy passed on through generations.

All pastries are fresh made with the highest quality ingredients, including specialty ingredients sourced directly from Palestine.
