5/18/21 Craft Cannabis in NYC Panel Discussion

Posted on June 22, 2021 / Webinar
On Tuesday, May 18th, Made in NYC hosted a panel discussion with equitable cannabis entrepreneurs and experts to discuss the future of cannabis businesses. With the legalization of cannabis in New York, there are new opportunities for local makers, particularly Black, people of color, and women entrepreneurs to participate in this emerging industry. The panel discussed what New York City’s manufacturers can learn from strategies in other cities where cannabis has been legalized, and how to interpret the legal matters of the new MRTA law to best prepare for what’s to come.
