Selected vendors will receive a dedicated 7-day residency in the Made in NYC booth between November 12 and December 24, 2026, providing access to thousands of holiday shoppers without the upfront costs typically associated with major holiday markets.

There is no booth fee to participate. Instead, selected vendors will pay Urbanspace 15% of net sales after their 7-day residency is complete. To secure your spot, a non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit will be credited toward the 15% of net sales owed to Urbanspace.

Please note that applicants must be available to participate during a 7-day period between November 12 and December 24, 2026. You may indicate your preferred week in this application, but please be available for as many of the weeks as possible to increase your likelihood of being selected. Participating businesses will be selected with residency dates assigned by mid-October.

Applications are due by September 30.

Market Hours:
Participating vendors will need to arrive at 7am the morning of their residency and will need to be on-site for all of the hours below.

• Monday - Friday: 11am - 8pm
• Saturday: 10am - 8pm
• Sunday: 11am - 7pm

Please note: participating businesses will need to use either Square or Shopify to enable Urbanspace to collect 15% of net sales from the market. If you do not currently use either POS platform, Made in NYC can provide you a free Square card reader and you can create an account with them for this market.
