The inspiration for Lillie Mae was born on July 27, 2018, after Adria’s transformative two-week journey to Zanzibar, Africa. There, she worked alongside a community of fearless female entrepreneurs harvesting rare seaweed. Their dedication to women’s empowerment, sustainability, and high-quality cultivation left a profound impact on her.

Motivated to bring that spirit back home, Adria enrolled at the New York Institute of Aromatic Studies, where she deepened her knowledge of essential oils and their therapeutic potential.
