Reimagined as an everyday indulgence, we've thoughtfully portioned, beautifully packaged, and made it available "on the go."

When I first envisioned sharing our Abuelita’s beloved Puerto Rican bread pudding (Budin de Pan) with the world, I knew it had to be way more than just a dessert. It needed to be a heartfelt experience - a tribute to her elegance, her humility, her quiet brilliance, and the soulful authenticity she brought into everything she touched. This wasn’t just about launching a product; it was about honoring her legacy.

To ensure its authenticity, every batch is crafted by hand, using only the finest locally baked bread. We pull apart the bread with our fingers and hand stir our thick, cinnamon-rich custard, just like Abuela would’ve done. No fillers. No preservatives. Just real ingredients and puro corazón. We want our customers to taste the love, the labor, and the cultural richness that shaped us—and to feel, even for a moment, like they’re right there with us, at our family’s holiday table in Queens, sharing a cube of something sacred.
