Maluli’s Kitchen

My name is Maria Allauca, Chef and owner of Maluli’s Kitchen, an online artisanal bakery based in NYC.

I started out as an entrepreneur at a very young age growing up in Ecuador. My grandma taught me how to make alfajores when I was a child, and I turned it into my own business when I emigrated to the United States.

Alfajores are made of a very delicate shortbread cookie filled with dulce de leche and topped with confectioner sugar.

 All my products are made with quality, organic ingredients free of artificial flavors, colors, and preservatives.  My flavors include dulce de leche, guava, and chocolate, all inspired by my Grandmother’s traditional recipes.
