Ganache My Buns
Ganache My Buns is a queer, Latino home bakery creating intentional baked goods with the rich, classic flavors of Mexico. Featured baked goods include mole croissant, flavored pan de muerto, and a variety of traditional pan dulce.
Founded in 2026

I began this business after being laid off of my research job in 2026. I’ve been a home baker for 10 years now, and this was the catalyst for me to begin my business journey.

I currently make a variety of baked goods, including cookies, pan dulce, bread loaves, pastries such as croissants, and seasonal fruit pies. I’ve sold at Harlem Summer Nights as well as at several pop-ups in West Harlem. I will also be selling at Uptown & Boogie Farmer’s Market this coming November.

My goal is to bring intentional combinations of Mexican flavors to the forefront of classic baked goods and pastries. I think what makes my products unique is I’m not just making classic pan dulce or regular cookies. Each recipe is intentionally created to reflect a specific memory or trigger a nostalgic feeling. Each baked good is supposed to represent a story.
