Le Chat Noir Chocolates is a small, Brooklyn-based confectionary company dedicated to crafting quality, high-end handmade chocolates, bonbons, truffles and confections.

The owner and chocolatier has over 15 years of experience as a pastry chef, and she has been dedicating the last half of that focusing exclusively on chocolate. She is formerly the head pastry chef and chocolatier at The Chocolate Room right here in Brooklyn.

Now venturing into small business ownership, she dedicates her heart and craft mastery to hand painted and small-batch bonbons in the pursuit of beautiful and whimsical tasty bites. You can also discover little hints of her French Canadian background in some of her flavors, always keeping in mind locally sourced products to add to each original ganache fillings.
