Sol Kitchen is a business owned by minority women. Founded by Solange Croci, the venture began during the COVID pandemic as a baking endeavor. Over time, the business evolved, leading her to concentrate exclusively on the production of Argentinian alfajores. We offer eight distinct flavors, all crafted by hand using organic ingredients. This commitment to quality sets us apart from other bakeries that produce alfajores, as our flavors are both unique and rooted in traditional ingredients.
