Bizcoterra is a pastry brand grounded in heritage, nature, and expression, blending refined French and American techniques with vibrant Caribbean flavors. Each piece is handcrafted to feel nostalgic yet unexpected. Our current menu highlights ingredients like guava, coconut, pineapple, banana, citrus, and warm spices, bringing depth and warmth to every bite.

Founded by a first-generation Dominican-American pastry chef, Bizcoterra was shaped by a deep appreciation for culture, creativity, and nature. My inspiration began with watching my father, a handyman, spend his free time creating desserts like bizcocho dominicano, flan, and tropical jams. This sparked my desire to build something of my own. Before pursuing pastry professionally, I baked as a creative outlet while building a career in healthcare leadership as a Director of Admissions and Sales. In 2023, I made the decision to leave that path and train at the Pastry Academy in Las Vegas, later gaining experience in a Michelin-starred restaurant and developing a dessert menus at the New York Botanical Garden.

Our goal is approach pastry with intention, working without artificial dyes, flavors, or preservatives. To us, luxury is not defined by excess or high price points, but by care, discipline, and thoughtful execution. Bizcoterra creates desserts that feel elevated yet approachable, offering our community something meaningful to enjoy and share. A true way to sweeten the soul!
