La Maison Tachon is a Brooklyn dessert shop that happens to be French, based in Greenpoint. Founded by pastry chef Sarah Tachon, we make seasonal, small batch pastries by hand in New York City, including financiers, tarts, sablés, and entremets. We sell to select coffee shops across NYC, take online orders, and set up every Saturday at Oak & Iron in Greenpoint.

Originally from France, Sarah trained and worked in Paris and New York before launching La Maison Tachon. Her approach blends classic French technique with thoughtful, modern flavors and a commitment to freshness and quality. We keep production small, work closely with local cafés and customers, and focus on well crafted desserts made with care.
