Made in NYC is popping up at the Brooklyn Navy Yard!

This fall, we’re bringing some of our favorite locally made snacks, sweets, and treats to the Made in NYC Bodega, a special retail experience at the Brooklyn Navy Yard’s Yard Opportunity Shop.

Made possible through a partnership between Made in NYC and the Brooklyn Navy Yard, the Bodega gives four Made in NYC members the opportunity to bring their products to a brick-and-mortar retail space—and gives all of us another way to shop small, shop local, and support NYC makers.

Doosra
Sweet, savory, crunchy, and gluten-free, Doosra puts a modern spin on the roasted chickpea snacks found in Indian homes. Their mixes pair crunchy chickpeas with unexpected flavors like Peanut & White Chocolate and Walnut & Dark Chocolate. Made in NYC and desi-approved!

Gracie Baked
Nostalgic, over-the-top, and very serious about dessert. Long Island City-based Gracie Baked makes stuffed and dipped cookie bars and Baby Cakes layered with moist cake, whipped mousse, chocolate crunchies, and fluffy cream cheese buttercream—all inspired by the childhood treats founder Gracie loved growing up.

Live Loud Foods
Born in the Bronx, Live Loud Foods makes vegan, gluten-free candied nuts that turn an everyday snack into something much more exciting. Their sweet, savory, and boldly spiced creations include Candied Citrus Pistachios and Caribbean Jerk Candied Mixed Nuts, combining unexpected flavors with plenty of crunch for snacks that truly live up to the Live Loud name.

Oso Cacao
Rooted in Mexican chocolate-making traditions, Oso Cacao crafts artisanal chocolates that celebrate cacao while playing with unexpected ingredients and flavors. Their creations include sweet potato and candied amaranth, mango with chili and lime, bourbon whiskey, and single-origin Tabasco chocolate—thoughtful combinations that bring tradition and creativity together.

The Bodega isn’t limited to these four brands. Doosra, Gracie Baked, Oso Cacao, and Live Loud Foods have also handpicked products from fellow Made in NYC members to join them on the shelves.

That means you’ll find a rotating selection of locally made products throughout the Bodega’s run, with even more Made in NYC businesses to discover and support.
